ACAP's Staff Wellness Day is dedicated to supporting staff heath & wellbeing through educational and entertaining activities and workshops. Workshop/activity topics revolve around the 8 Dimensions of Wellness: emotional, physical, career, social, existential, intellectual, environmental, and financial. This year, we are offering a total of 24 different workshops, facilitated by ACAP's partners, local businesses, or a couple of ACAP staff. Staff choose three workshops which interest them in addition to participating in a longer training sessions facilitated by a key note speaker. This year, a small group of ACAP staff are designing an"Escape Room" as one of the workshop activities to promote teambuilding, communication, and just all around fun.

Our mission is to partner with families and communities to expand opportunities and build stronger networks to foster upward economic mobility. On an annual basis, we serve thousands of Albany County families living at or below the 200% Federal Poverty Limit. Our front-facing services are provided through three departments: Community & Career Services, Early Childhood Education, and Energy Services.
