The Thomas Lake Parent Committee is hosting our 2nd annual Adult’s Night Out event featuring our highly popular live event raffle.  This event is an opportunity for parents + guardians of Thomas Lake Elementary students can connect and build relationships with other families and community members, while raising funds to support our students and staff.  We are a group of parents and caregivers who established this organization in 2021 and are a 501(c)3 non-profit.  The proceeds raised at this event help us further our key initiatives of family + student engagement, staff appreciation, supplementing classroom needs, student recognition, and DEI commitments. 

I am hopeful that you will partner with our organization in donating towards our raffle or sponsoring the event.  All of your organization’s details will be prominently featured at the event with your items and will also be shared across our social media channels in advance of the event.  We do reach a broader audience by putting our raffle online in advance of the live event and the Thomas Lake community is comprised of nearly 500 families with over 100 attendees in person at our inaugural event last year.
