Dear Community Supporter,

Between December 5-9, 2022  the AES PTA will hold our Annual Silent Auction. We will gather together with teachers, friends, family and students for an evening of great food, drinks, music and games to raise much needed funds for our Elementary school. Local businesses will be showcased in our live and silent auction.

Please consider a donation for our event this year (gift cards, products, services, coupons…). We think you’ll agree our auction evening is a great opportunity to highlight your business service or goods and reach 300 potential new customers! All donations will also be noted with your business name in our event program and website.

Our school flourishes because of the commitment of our beloved teachers to our unique curriculum and because of our strong corps of parent volunteers. With the generous help of our community of local donors, we can continue to provide a vibrant affordable program that meets the academic and social needs of our K-5 children.

Your donation is greatly appreciated and will help make our auction exciting and fun for all. All donations are tax-deductible and funds will go directly toward providing the most essential components to our children’s education. 

As a California Distinguished School, AES is an award-winning Global Awareness and Science LAUSD Magnet program that encourages innovation and exploration. AES received the National Stem Certification in 2019, the second school in the whole LAUSD district to be recognized. We remain a tight-knit community that is dedicated to providing the most enriching public educational experience for our children.
