Dear Friends:

I am writing on behalf of the Affordable Housing Alliance, a nonprofit organization that has been making an impact in Monmouth and Ocean Counties for over thirty years! We develop and operate affordable housing, and provide a variety of services to help people move out of homelessness, maintain their housing, or realize the dream of homeownership. Through utility assistance, foreclosure prevention, and homeownership counseling we help thousands of households obtain and maintain housing stability each year. 

We are excited to announce our annual Employee Appreciation Lunch, which is scheduled for December 6, 2024! This event will bring together our hardworking staff of 60 plus members to celebrate their tireless efforts and dedication. 


To make this event truly special and memorable for our team, we are seeking the support of local businesses like yours! We kindly request your assistance in the form of donations of items or gift cards that we can use as part of our event. These donations will not only enhance the experience for our employees but also serve as a token of appreciation from the community they work tirelessly to support. You also have the opportunity to showcase your business to a wider audience. This event can introduce your brand to potential new clientele who may not have been aware of your offerings. I, myself, am personally donating my time to show my appreciation towards all the employees who have made major impacts on people's lives.
