I am writing this letter on behalf of The Air Force Ball Committee, a non-profit organization that supports Air Force Airmen and their families assigned to the2 0th Fighter Wing at Shaw AFB, SC. Our organization supports the morale and welfareof Airman by providing annual events that honor the continued sacrifice and service of the brave men and women stationed here. This event allows military personnel and their family members to come together to celebrate, reflect, ands strengthencamaraderie. We are requesting your support in conducting the 74th Annual Air Force Ball as well as the 80th Anniversary of Shaw AFB through way of gift or cash donations. Your donations will help raise funds needed to ensure event success for the Air Force members and their families who live in the Sumter and Greater Columbia, South Carolina area.
