Hello!

We are a non-profit organization specializing in providing bi-lingual and bi-cultural healthcare services for underrepresented and underinsured communities throughout the Chicagoland area. We operate two comprehensive health centers in Pilsen, one health center in Berwyn (including a walk-in wellness center), a mobile unit, a dental clinic in West Lawn and three school-based health centers in Pilsen and South Lawndale/Little Village.

We are having our annual benefit dinner this year—on October 24th—in support of raising additional funds to continue to provide wellness support to our communities served. During our event we will be holding live auctions and welcome any in-kind donations for our event and any monetary donations to our organization to allow us to continue to provide needed access to affordable healthcare services.
