All In Auction

We are writing on behalf of the Stetson Hills PTSA to request a donation from your business for our upcoming All In Auction. We will be hosting this year’s auction on April 22nd at The 500 Club. At this event we auction off gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours. 100% of the proceeds from this event help with much needed upgrades to Stetson Hills School. Can you please help us with a donation of a gift card or item from your business that we can use for our auction?
We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make. We will promote your business in our auction program as well as in our PTSA social media, website, Facebook and Instagram page. Our advertising will reach the parents and teachers of over 1,100 students! Events like the auction give us all the opportunity to show that we care and is a wonderful way to gain support for your business from the families in our community.
We are hoping to raise $15,000 for our school and with your help we can reach that goal! Our school depends on the PTSA to fundraise money to supplement capital improvements, extra curriculum, technology and classroom expenses. One specific area that we feel is important is Campus Improvements. We are hoping to be able to install turf on our field and common areas so we can enjoy our campus all year round. Your donation will help make a difference and we truly appreciate you.
