Our organization is Douglas S Freeman PTSA and we are hosting an All Night Graduation Party for students to offer them a safer alternative and an alcohol and drug free, supervised celebration from 10 PM to 3 AM. Our intention is to give the students a safe place to have a memorable night without alcohol or drugs. We also provide an inexpensive or free celebration for students of lower socioeconomic status. We usually have about 300 students that attend. We are looking for electronics or gift cards to be used as prizes for this event. We serve the Henrico, VA area.

Your company and logo will be listed on our sponsorship page that is distributed to all families, as well as on our social media pages, on marketing materials during Baccalaureate as well as a banner at the event.
