Our Shepherd Lutheran School, a non-profit educational facility for Early Education through 8th grade, hosts an annual auction as its sole fundraiser. The 28thAnnual All Saints’ Fest, will take place on November 12, 2021, with an anticipated attendance of 200 people. The funds raised will support student scholarship assistance for those in financial need as well as special projects to enhance the educational experience.

We are seeking a wide variety of donations to be used in both oral and silent auctions. Please consider a gift certificate, specialty item, or monetary donation as a tax-deductible contribution to support our fundraising efforts. 

What we request from your company: 

•       Mail your donation to the address below by October 15, 2021

•       To make arrangements for a local gift to be picked-up call Kim at (317) 908-9294.

•       Postdate the gift certificates to expire in 2022, since the event is November 12, 2021

•       Include a business card so a tax statement can be sent upon receipt of your donation. Our Shepherd is a 501 (c) (3) organization. 

•       Include a promotional pamphlet of your company. 

Your company will receive:

•       On-site branding visibility of your company’s promotional pamphlet to be displayed with your donation.

•       Your company’s name on our auction website to encourage patronage of your business.

•       Your company’s name and the gift’s description will be included in the event program.
