The new year is here and it’s time for the Oak Grove Elementary School PTA to start planning our 2022 All-Star Bash. This year our event, “The Magic is Back”, will be held on Friday, May 20th. We would love for you to be a part of it. There are several ways for you to participate!

An Open Event for All...

Everyone in our community is encouraged to attend our special day of fun and fundraising. “The Magic is Back” will feature carnival rides, attractions, games, an EXPO, a silent auction, and plenty of food and refreshments.

EXPO and Other Sponsorship Opportunities...

As the committee chairperson, I also invite you to consider sponsoring our event. This is a great opportunity for you to advertise a business, earn community awareness and build positive relationships with attendees. We provide ample signage, can get your name out on hundreds of our flyers, and provide a display table in our EXPO area. We are eager to create the right sponsorship for all who are interested.

Silent Auction...

Each year our silent auction continues to be a big hit. We have a special team dedicated to wrapping, displaying and promoting each donation for maximum exposure to our attendees, all under a huge, eye-catching silent auction tent. With over half our profit from the All-Star Bash coming from the silent auction, we kindly ask you to consider including a donation for this unique marketing opportunity. Your tax-deductible donation will help us meet the educational needs of our young students.

A Win-Win for All Involved...

Due to Covid, we have not been able to have the All-Star Bash for the last two years. This has greatly impacted our ability to raise funds for many important PTA sponsored programs for the students at Oak Grove. In the past, the All-Star Bash raised over $25,000 and this money was used to help fund Performing Art Education, Science Programs, Supplemental Primary Music classes, Art Master classes, and Assemblies. These programs cannot continue without PTA funding. Oak Grove’s PTA is hoping you will join us to ensure that our kids are able to experience art, music, and technology at school.
