The Potato Head Project is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that delivers packages of hope to families with micro-preemies in the NICU. The packages contain a Mr. or Mrs. Potato Head toy to help track growth in the NICU, micro-preemie sized hand-sewn leg warmers, and comfort items for the parents’ time in the hospital such as water bottles, lotion, hand sanitizer, etc. “all the small things” is a fundraising event supporting The Potato Head Project and will be held on June 4, 2022. A key part of this fundraising effort includes a silent auction. If you have a product, experience, or item you’d like to contribute, please complete this form. If you’re donating more than one item, please complete the form for each item. We can provide receipts/statements acknowledging your donation for tax purposes if you would like one. If you would like to receive a copy of your responses and the form questions via e-mail once this form is submitted, please be sure to make that selection at the bottom of the page.
