Alliance for Smiles is a non-profit that provides free surgeries for children with cleft lip and palate in underserved parts of the world.  Children with cleft face immense physical, emotional, and social challenges, and our mission is to give every child a chance to smile and thrive.  Our surgeries give children new smiles, along with improved health, safety, and greater access to future opportunities.

We are hosting our 21st annual gala and silent auction to raise funds for future medical missions, as well as to train and equip local medical teams in the countries we serve. Our gala will be a celebration of two decades of service, with over 9000 successful surgeries, and over 100 missions.  It will be attended by about 250 guests, including Rotarians, medical professionals, and our supporters from around the world. 

All donors will be featured on our website and in gala-related materials like the program, the presentation at the event, and more.
