Description

McGaugh PTA will be holding its annual Aloha Carnival Festival on October 22, 2022 and would greatly appreciate an in-kind donation to be used in our silent auction. McGaugh Elementary serves approximately 760 students and is the
largest elementary school, grades TK-5, in the Los Alamitos Unified School District.

The mission of McGaugh Elementary PTA is to positively impact the lives of all children and families through representation, empowerment, and support with skills in advocacy, leadership, community, connection, and communication. McGaugh PTA fundraises to be able to enhance students’ education by providing supplemental programs and events such as: music and art education, field trips, STEM, Astronomy, and Math nights, Jester book dedication readings to enhance our library, International Culture Club to promote cultural learning and experiences, classroom enhancements and so much more. In addition, we
coordinate family friendly events that build community as well as enhance students' education and learning
experiences.

The McGaugh Carnival is McGaugh PTA’s biggest community fundraising event of the school year. It provides an opportunity for families and the community to join together for an afternoon of games, activities, food,music, and just plain fun at minimal cost. It also serves as a fundraiser for McGaugh PTA to be able to provide the above mentioned programs and events that enrich students’ education.

The silent auction is comprised of donated items and all proceeds go towards the previously mentioned
programs/events. We are kindly requesting a gift certificate that we would be able to have available at our Silent
Auction for bidding. Your support is truly appreciated and really makes a difference in our ability to provide enrichment
and educational opportunities for our students.
