We are reaching out to you to graciously request a raffle/silent auction in-kind donation for the Closter Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) Annual Dinner Dance Fundraiser, Aloha on The Hudson which will be held on Friday, May 19th at Pier 701 in Piermont, New York. 

            The Closter PTO (www.closterpto.org) is a non-profit organization, served by a dedicated group of parent-volunteers committed to providing children from the Closter Public Schools with high-quality enrichment programs during and after the school day. Our mission is carried out by enhancing our children’s educational experiences beyond their standard in-school curriculum, through field trips, social and cultural events, and raising funds for supplemental learning tools such as technology, the arts, math and sciences. Our goal is to offer our children a broad range of programs that will expose them to the wider world of education while building invaluable life skills.

As the largest fundraiser, the Closter PTO relies heavily on the generosity of its community to support the Annual Dinner Dance. The monies raised by our annual dinner dance directly benefit the students of Hillside Elementary School and Tenakill Middle School by providing educational opportunities as well as new equipment and supplies not covered by district funding.  

            Closter PTO is humbly asking for your support with a donation of an item, gift certificate or service from your business. Donations will be placed in a raffle or silent auction and your business will be recognized in a donation list. Generous donations from local and national businesses have helped make previous dinner dances a huge success. Closter PTO is a non-profit organization registered under IRS code section 501c(3). Your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
