·         Reduced by half the number of preterm and low birth weight births, saving close to $1 Million in local hospital NICU costs.

·         Achieved a 77% breastfeeding rate with participating mothers.

·         Offers lifestyle counsel and guidance to resume school, enter/reenter employment, register children in Head Start & provide connections for services
