Hello, I am contacting you on behalf of Amethyst Performance Horses Show Team in Oregon City.  We are a nonprofit youth organization committed to teaching youth about horses and showing their horses. Our mission is that all youth who want to be involved in horses and showing should be allowed a chance to have this experience and this is where we need your help!  We also help instruct adults who wish to learn and show as well.  We work with physically and mentally challenged youth and adults as well.  The team also helps Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts earn their horse badges.  .  The team members attend such shows as open local shows, breed shows, 4-H county horse fair, 4-H state fair, Oregon High School Equestrian Team, etc.  The money raised goes to help our members pay entry fees, stall decorations, t-shirts, horse blankets, horse halters and lead ropes, equipment, bedding, supplies, clinic fees to learn more, etc. 
 
For our upcoming event which is an all-you-can eat crab feed dinner and auction that will take place on February 3, 2024, we are looking for any of the following if you could help for our event/silent auction:  tickets, passes, items, money, etc. Anything helps and we are appreciative!  This event takes place in Oregon City, Oregon at the Oregon City Elks Lodge.  This is event is our main fundraiser for the year that helps keep our program going!!!
 
The Show Team gives these people more confidence, helps them meet new people, teaches them to work together and achieve their goals.  Members develop a strong work ethic and leadership skills that help further them in life. 
 
Sponsors get benefits such as getting your name listed on our sponsor board, which goes to all events we attend throughout the year as well as name printed in our auction booklet, listed on social media sites, announced throughout the evening. Donations are tax deductible (our federal tax ID # is 84-3537356).  Our event averages over 300 people!!!  Great advertising for your business.
