The Eagan Community Foundation's annual fundraiser - An International Evening of Eagan, is being held on September 28, 2023 and is the Eagan Community Foundation’s premier fundraising event for the year. This year's event will include international food and activities, cash bar, dessert, music, silent auctions and a raffle. The dollars raised from this event allow the Foundation to continue to invest in Eagan’s future by providing community support, community grants and educational scholarships.
