Our event will be casting vision for our ministry as we teach and equip women to life a healthy life spiritually, physically, and emotionally!  We will have music, raffles, special speakers, and a wonderulf dinner.

Speakers will include powerful testimonies of freedom from eating disorders, depression, and chronic fatigue/exhaustion achieved through the power or prayer, healthy eating, and physical actvity!  We believe a holistic and natural approach to healing is possibile when women are taught tools and strategies to care for thier bodies, emotions, and spirits.
