AAOA Angel Retreat was developed to help parents who have lost a child through the grieving process. Each participant, completes the GRM program prior to attending the retreat. This ensures that each parent does the work, to navigate them through their feelings of grief. Once they have completed the 8- week course, each parent is invited to attend a week long retreat,which this year, will be held in Jamaica. Once the parents arrive on the island, they will be engulfed in nature, adventures, and a new perspective on life and loss. Our goal is to build relationships with other Angel Parents, that our parents can utilize for support long after the retreat. Participants with learn about meditation, yoga, and breathwork, while engulfed in the bueaty of the jungle.
