The Ann Bancroft Foundation provides grants to any K - 12 Minnesota resident who identifies as a girl, including those who identify as cisgender, transgender, gender non-conforming, or gender non-binary,to fund art, cultural, leadership, educational, outdoors/wilderness experiences, sports, athletics, music, dance, equipment, or participation fees. The experiences the grants support help applicants begin to explore the outside world around them through the lens of recognizing their own abilities, values, and strengths and provide them with the opportunity to be part of a team, build strength and confidence and push themselves farther.

The 25th Anniversary Celebration, held from 5:30 - 9:00 pm on April 28th at The Depot – Minneapolis, promises inspirational performances, exciting auctions, and remarkable speakers on the power of courage that transcends generations, as well as an Impact Award presented to Jan Malcom, Commissioner, Minnesota Department of Health and ABF’s First Board Chair.
