The increase in alcohol and drug-related deaths reflects a widespread surge in alcohol consumption and related harms. To save lives in Atlanta, community assistance in the perseverance of organizations such as the TARA Club is needed to thrive. We are hosting our 53rd-anniversary party on Saturday, May 27, 2023, to raise building maintenance funds. This annual event will have food, music, dancing, meetings, silent auction and a 50/50 raffle. 

We are grateful for any in-kind donations to help make this community event a success.

Members of the TARA Club have consistently owned the responsibility of interpreting the steps, concepts, and traditions at no cost to anyone in the community with an honest desire. As with all matters in A.A., each group is autonomous and self-supporting. Anniversary parties are a great way to connect stakeholders and the community while raising funds. Fundraising for building and technological improvements is essential for our community to thrive.
