We are hosting a fundraiser at a restaurant in Arlington, Virginia on September 8, 2022, to raise money for the Adult Congenital Heart Association (ACHA). This is where I need help! Would you be interested in donating a prize for our raffle table? 

100 percent of the raffle ticket sales are donated directly to ACHA. This is the fifth year we are holding a special restaurant event to support this cause.

I volunteer for ACHA on behalf of “Team Pauk” because on January 10th, 2016, I lost a dear friend, Andrew Paukstitus. He passed away at the age of 30 due to complications from a congenital heart defect. Andrew and his family have been very involved with ACHA fundraising for many years. This organization benefits the 1 in 100 people born with congenital heart disease (CHD).

Your participation in this event would be great exposure in the community. Any marketing materials you would like to provide would be displayed at the event. I also can provide the 401(c)3 from ACHA, so any contribution you make is 100 percent tax deductible! What do you have to lose by helping out?!
