Once again, the Home School Association of St. Ann School, is preparing for its annual fundraising event - Chinese Auction, to be held on Friday November 22nd, 2019.

This event has become our largest and most exciting fundraiser. As Chairwoman of this event, I am reaching out to you in the hope that you would consider making a donation from your company for support. We are a small elementary school of about 275 students, and this has become a vital part of our schools fundraising efforts. Again, this year we are trying to offset the cost of prizes by asking local businesses to sponsor some of the prizes we raffle off that evening. I am hoping you would be kind enough to donate merchandise or gift certificates that we can use at our event.

I hope that we can count on your support. It’s a great way to advertise your business, support a great cause and our local community. This event is attended by over 500 people from all over the island and we want you to be a part of it.

In return, your business name/business logo will be noted in our flyer distributed that evening as being a contributor to the event.
