The upcoming auction fundraiser for Prairie Hill Waldorf School is on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at Ivy House, Milwaukee. This year the theme is Gilligan‘s Island. Guests will sit right back for a buoyant evening of live & silent auctions and a delectable dinner, then scuttle their way to the dance floor to finish out their fateful trip! 

Since tuition dollars only support a portion of the total operating budget, this event is vital. In most recent years, the funds raised have been used for expanding learning experiences to our curriculum, building outdoor classrooms that received national media attention, and cultivated a robust field trip fund so all students have an equal opportunity to participate in our intentional class trips which build a tighter bond among students, bringing real-world encounters into the curriculum and provide an opportunity to deepen their relationship with new environments and one another. It is our hope that we can raise funds for teacher development so 100% of the costs are covered for their continuing education.  

Last year with 140 attendees, we raised $75,000 for our school and we are excited to come together again this year with a goal of $80,000!
