Description

I am writing on behalf of the Douglas Elementary PTO. Our PTO is excited to bring back our
annual Back to School event on September 29, 2023. This year's Back to School Bash will
give students and families an opportunity to get together to welcome in the new school year
and for students to connect with new friends and reconnect with old friends.
As we begin to plan for this event, we realize the impact that our Community and the
generosity of businesses such as yours has on our efforts, and are asking for your help to
make this a successful back to school event.
We are hoping that you would be able to make a donation that can be raffled off during
this year’s Back to School Bash! All businesses that donate will be recognized through
signage at the event and will be noted in any correspondences to the Primary School and
Elementary School communities. All of the proceeds that we bring in from the raffles the
night of the event go directly to the Primary School and Elementary School students to fund
future enrichment programs, events, and classroom needs throughout the school year.
