Dear Sir/Madam, 

On behalf of St. Casimir Polish Supplementary School I would like to ask you to consider a donation to support our school’s activities.

Our school serves over one hundred Polish-American children, teaching them the Polish language and culture of their ancestors. It is a vibrant community center, bringing together Polish-Americans from Northern New Jersey during our annual school plays, school ball, a school field trip and other activities.

This is a special year for our school, as we are celebrating the 60th anniversary of our first ever school year back in 1964. To honor this special occasion, we will print our 60th anniversary school ball journal acknowledging our school benefactors. A full page in the journal costs X, and a half page Y. A full list of other donors will also be included in the journal.

Our school fundraising ball will take place on January 27, 2024. It is a fun-filled night, hosting over 250 people from our school/parish community and beyond. The ball is our biggest fundraiser during the year, helping support the school’s activities, fund our annual student field trip, purchase new books for the school library etc.

We would be grateful for any donation – cash or kind – that would help us make the school ball a financial success. Your donation would be tax-deductible and we will send an acknowledgment letter confirming the receipt of money/ donated goods. We can also publicly acknowledge your donation in the school ball journal, distribute your business cards and/or display posters advertising your company on our social media and school newsletter.
