On Friday, November 4, 2022, the Belmont Elementary School PTA will be hosting its 21st Annual “Basket Night and Silent Auction” in an effort to secure additional resources and equipment for our students.  The Belmont Elementary School PTA is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization (Federal ID #23-7366872) that exists to meet the school’s needs that are not funded by the Montgomery County Public School system.

The “Basket Night and Silent Auction” is a fun-filled evening, especially for students, with entertainment, refreshments, raffles and silent auctions.  The items are donated by the business community and Belmont families to demonstrate their support of our school. We expect over 500 families to attend this event.

We respectfully request a gift certificate, merchandise and/or services to support this annual fundraising event.  The evening promises to be well attended and any contribution, large or small, is much needed and appreciated.  In addition to supporting a very worthy cause, your organization will receive valuable advertising exposure to members of our community through auction displays at the event as well as through our auction program that is sent out to our families.
