Greetings!

I am writing to you on behalf of the Summit Station Fire Company to request your support for our annual Basket Raffle event on April 12-13, 2024. Our organization is a volunteer-based fire department that serves the community of Summit Station and the surrounding areas. We rely heavily on the support of our community and local businesses to continue our mission of protecting the community through fire suppression, emergency medical services, and rescue operations.

Our Basket Raffle event is a crucial fundraiser for our organization, and we are seeking donations of goods, services, or monetary contributions to help make this event a success. The proceeds from this event will go towards the maintenance and improvement of our equipment and facilities, as well as towards the training and education of our volunteer firefighters.

Our firefighters support and host numerous events throughout the year with the goal to bring the community together. Summit Station advocates for education of youth, including fire training and prevention annual summer camps. 

As a donor, you will have the opportunity to showcase your business to over 500 community members and contribute to the safety and well-being of our community. We will display your business name and logo prominently at our event and acknowledge your contribution in our promotional materials and on our social media pages.
