I am writing on behalf of the Liberty Elementary PTA to request a donation for our annual Bingo Night scheduled for March 10, 2023. This is a fun family event that also helps raise money for our school. We anticipate to host over 550 participants at this years’ event. Prizes generously donated by businesses like yours are raffled off to participants who purchase a ticket.

Our organization supports our elementary school with a student body of 1,100 students. We work to build strong working relationships among parents, teachers and schools, in support of students. Fundraising proceeds help our PTA fund classroom enrichment, school enrichment, technology, specials program grants, teacher grants, field trip scholarships, and so much more! Additionally, we put on fun events for students, parents, and teachers to strengthen school and community ties.
