CELEBRATION SINGERS OF CRANFORD PRESENT CABARET & TRICKY TRAY FUNDRAISER:

A COMEDY TONIGHT!!!

The Celebration Singers of Cranford proudly presents its 2017 Annual Fundraiser & Dessert Cabaret, featuring a night of songs performed by members of its adult choir around the theme of “A Comedy Tonight!”

The Cabaret set for February 17 & 18, Friday and Saturday nights, at its NEW location: Union Elks Lodge 1583, 281 Chestnut Street, Union, NJ. Doors open at 7:30 pm for both evenings.

Under the direction of the choir’s Artistic Director Brian Clissold, the showcase will feature a musical review of solos, duets, trios, as well as small and full ensemble pieces sure to bring a smile to your face and fill the room with laughter and enjoyment.

In addition to door prizes, a 50/50 raffle and exciting tricky tray baskets, homemade desserts and a cash bar will also be available.

Tickets are: Adults - $25, Seniors - $20, and 10% discount with advanced purchases of full tables of 8 or 10.

The Celebration Singers is a multi-generational community choral organization with approximately 150 singers combined (adult and youth choirs). In addition to the ensemble's annual holiday and spring concerts, the choir is actively involved in Cranford and the surrounding communities, providing a wide-ranging musical repertoire for all ages.

With a rich 78 year history, The Adult Choir has performed in venues such as: the 1964 World's Fair, Liberty State Park, Ocean Grove Auditorium, Union County Arts Center, National Cathedral in Washington, D.C., Symphony Hall in Chicago, IL, and Carnegie Hall in New York City. The Choir traveled to Europe in 2008, performing throughout Austria, Germany, and Prague, and toured in Scotland and England during the summer of 2011. In the summer of 2017, The Celebration Singers Adult Choir will spread their joy of music across the globe again with a tour throughout Italy. A portion of the proceeds from the 2017 Cabaret will help benefit the Celebration Singers choir tour to Italy this summer.
