Event description: 
Finally, after a few years without it, we are conducting again our APV-FFL Fall Festival, on November 5th, 2022, during the pandemic we could not have our annual family and community event, that have been one of the most attended events in our school. It is a time for the community to get together and have a good time with friends and family and at the same time contribute to school programs. 
We are asking our partners to help us with this event by either sponsoring one or more of the games and/or activities that will serve as fundraisers during our Fall Festival event, please see below some of the options:

At this event, we will also have a fundraiser raffle. We are asking our partners to contribute with a donation for prizes for the raffle, it could be merchandise, gift cards, tickets to events, electronics, etc. Some ideas are but not limited to:

If for some reason you or your organization are not able to contribute to this event, there will be other opportunities coming up that are as important for our school like: 
Staff Thanksgiving luncheon on November 16th, on this event typically one or more of our partners either donate or contribute for a typical Thanksgiving meal for our 71 staff members.

We would greatly appreciate any donation/contribution you can make. Should you donate, you or your organization will be recognized at the event, as well as in the school newsletter, and on social media. 
We will also provide a donation receipt letter with the school’s tax-exempt ID number for your records.
