Dear Preschool Sponsor,                                                                         

We are sending this letter of behalf of the Redding Cooperative Preschool, in hopes of receiving a contribution for the 47th Annual Children’s Concert and Raffle. The concert will be held on Sunday June 4th at 11:00am at The Gover Ranch, 3776 Gover Way Anderson, CA 96007. The concert will be benefitting our local Redding Cooperative Preschool.

Celebrating 66 years of parent participation and fun, the Redding Cooperative Preschool is a non-profit, nonsectarian, parent participations preschool, featuring a variety of experiences encompassing literature, science, physical education, arts, crafts and music. The Redding Cooperative Preschool s licensed by the State of California.

The Preschool has a maximum enrollment of 34 families per session. The Co-Op experience allows participating parents to work under the direction of a trained/director. Parents, in turn, are then able to experience the joy of their child’s first learning environment by working in the classrooms and participating in the activities first hand.

We are holding this Concert and raffle to generate enough funds to continue to support the preschool throughout the year. The proceeds go directly to the operating budget which includes the teacher/director salary, school supplies, maintenance, insurance, and scholarship funds for those in need.

Any contribution would be greatly appreciated and is fully tax deductible. Any items can be raffled as well as: gift cards, cash donations, season passes, etc. The date of our event is June 4th. If you generously decide to contribute, please contact myself Amie Wallace, Concert Chairman, by May 22nd to ensure I am able to include our gratitude to you and your business in our concert program.
