Our event is the Annual Council Recognition Dinner, which is being held Thursday, March 9th.  The purpose of the dinner is to celebrate the newest Eagle Scouts and also our volunteers.  The Eagles and the Volunteers that are being honored attend the dinner at no cost to themselves.  In order to help cover their costs we hold a silent auction.  We are anticipating 120 Eagles and Voulunteers that will be recongized during the evening.  We are hoping to raise approximately $5,000 to help with their costs.

What we are looking for are businesses to donate items that can be packaged together for people to bid on during the first hour of our event.  Last year's auction raised just over $3,000 and we are hoping for a better turn out this year.
