The Annual Crawfish Boil is one of two major fundraisers held each year.  This event is a family friendly picnic-style crawfish boil featuring fresh Louisiana crawfish, live music, kids activities, and raffles/auctions.  We draw over 300 attendees from throughout the Central Florida area to the event.  We are a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to raising scholarship funds to help local students achieve a college education.  We are proud to have raised and awarded over $100,000 in scholarship funding over the past five years and continue to grow that number.

The raffles and Silent Auction  are the main source of income from this event and they cannot be successful without the support of the community through donation of items to be included therein, such as attraction tickets, sports tickets, gift baskets, gift certificates, and merchandise.  In return for donations, all donors are recognized at the event as well as on our website, facebook page and in our quarterly newsletter.
