To whom it may concern;

We are writing in the hope that we may acquire a donation from your business for our annual fundraising event on behalf of Union Elementary STEM and Demonstration School.  Lights, Camera, Auction! is our Annual Dinner and Silent Auction, organized by our school’s Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) each year to raise money for our school programs.

Funds raised from this event continue our efforts to develop the STEM curriculum (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) at our elementary school. This event funds two teaching positions for our STEM lab and for our Garden & Greenhouse Coordinator along with lab necessities. These positions are not funded by the Sumner County Board of Education. Additionally, these funds are used to supplement other learning activities throughout the year.
