Dinner Dance Fundraiser for the ECHO Program: Day Program for Adults with Special Needs in Hamilton - ON. ECHO stands for Empowerment, Culture hope and Opportunity. Our Mission is to assist individuals with disabilities to achieve a better quality of life. 100% of the profit will be used to help to maintain the daily operations of the Program.
