Good afternoon,

I am writing to ask for your support of the 2021-22 Rush-Henrietta 12U RockHounds youth travel baseball team. Our team is fundraising for an incredible opportunity to travel to Cooperstown Dreams Park in August 2022, where we will compete in a week-long tournament with teams from all over the United States.

This February we will be holding our annual Euchre Tournament, where donations from supportive businesses, such as yours, will be raffled off. The Euchre tournament is our largest fundraiser and will hopefully go a long way to help offset the cost of the Cooperstown trip, which is $1,300 per player. 

Your donation may be tax deductible. I am happy to provide a copy of our 501(c) (3) form if necessary.  If needed, either I, or another team parent, would be happy to pick up your donation, should you choose to donate to our fundraising efforts.
