On Friday, October 14, 2022, the Clovis East & Reyburn Band and Guard Program will be hosting our Annual Fall Concert, Dinner & Auction. This fun family event will be held on the Clovis East campus and will include dinner, entertainment, and silent auctions. For us to make this event a huge success we are asking for community support and donations or underwriters for our dinner and silent auction items.
It is our goal to raise $15,000 to improve our Band and Guard program and to help send our students to perform at Pearl Harbor and a World Strides Music Festival in Hawaii. We are very proud of our performers and want to show them our support by providing the best facilities, equipment and overall program possible. This is a huge honor, and we are so excited to share our students’ talents throughout the United States. We appreciate your support and consideration in donating to our program.
The Timberwolves Foundation and The Reagan Educational Center Instrumental Music Program is a non-profit 501(C) (3) Organization. Non-Profit Tax I.D. #94-2840774.
