Annual Fall Festival
Carnival/Festival for Avondale PALS PTONov 19, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Our Annual Fall Festival is the PTO's largest fundraiser of the year. All profits go back into the school. In the past we have been able to purchase items outside the school's budget such as: outdoor scoreboard, professional stage curtains, sound system, musical instruments, sports equipment, uniforms, and document cameras. We have also been able to purchase projectors for every classroom, laptop computers for rotating classroom usage, water bottle fill stations and filters, medical equipment for the nurses office, classroom booksets for the junior high students and so much more. We also use profits to host other events that are free for the families such as movie nights, and dances. The festival consists of food truck, inflatables, game booths, vendors activities, animals, performances and silent auction. Parents and students volunteer to run the large event, local high schools send students to volunteer as well. The festival is open to the community.
Thank you letters will be sent out detailing how donations are used and how the event went. Companies can provide us their logo (printable at 1"x 1") to be put on fliers, the day-of brochure/map, and emails/newsletters. Logos must be received by October 28th for maximum exposure, but are accepted until November 9th. Large donations eligible for signage, provided by the company. These are all open for discussion! We greatly appreciate any and all support we can get!
