Dear Friend,

The Garden Ridge Lions have been serving the local and state community since 1973.  Each fall we volunteer at our local schools with vision and hearing screenings for elementary aged children. We also provide Thanksgiving and Christmas meals to families in need each holiday season. During Operation Santa Claus we wrap and deliver presents to children for Christmas morning. We assist in roadside clean up, provide local high school scholarships, purchase eyeglasses for students, assist in community emergency rescue training, support summer camps for children with disabilities and cancer, fund library programs. We do all this and so much more! In order to continue all of our programs throughout the year, we are having our Annual Fish Fry Fundraiser. This family-oriented event has a dinner, silent auction, door prizes, bingo, games, and live music and takes place March 22, 2025. All proceeds from this fundraiser benefit our many service projects throughout the year. We would very much appreciate any monetary and/or merchandise donations that you may provide for our fundraiser. This letter will serve as your receipt of giving.
