Dear Sir or Madam: On behalf of the students, faculty and families of Easton Country Day School (ECDS), we write to request your help as we prepare for our Annual Auction Fundraiser, the most important event for our school, to be held on Saturday, March 23rd, 2024. We would sincerely appreciate a donation from your company to support our event. We anticipate 100-120 adult attendees, from Fairfield County and surrounding communities, and all donations, be they monetary or goods to be auctioned, will be promoted and the donor(s) recognized at the auction and in related event materials. Founded (and still run by) two mothers 31 years ago, ECDS’ primary focus is on promoting the happiness, well-being and growth of students by honoring their personal aspirations alongside their individual academic goals. The ECDS Auction plays a crucial role in our school’s ability to deliver educational excellence, for our K-12 children, in a culturally rich and socially diverse environment, supported by small class sizes and individualized, student-centered programs. ❖ Approximately 85% of our annual budget supports faculty and staff salaries ❖ Remaining funds are dedicated to operating costs, our scholarship program and student enrichment By supporting the ECDS Annual Auction, you will be recognized as a leader within our community, investing in the success of area students, and in the future of individualized education.
