Dear Sir/Madam,

Over the past eighty-five years, the Hartford Polish Saturday School has played a key role in raising awareness of our Polish culture in the Greater Hartford area. Being the oldest Polish language school in Connecticut it is with contributions from donors like yourself that we are able to continue our mission to pass the culture, history, and language of our ancestors to our children.

We are having our Annual Fundraising Gala with Silent Auction and Raffle on January 27th, 2024. The Auction and Raffle generate the necessary funds to help us provide the highest quality teaching of Polish language, traditions, and knowledge about one of United States’ allies – Poland.

This year’s goal is to enrich our program. Funds raised will be used to purchase access to educational programs to be used by our teachers, as well as to purchase electronic devices, such as laptops, projectors, and screens to easily coordinate lessons with our guests from Poland. The funds will be also used to purchase Polish language books for our newly opened school library so that students and teachers have easy access to Polish literature.

It is our biggest fundraising event of the year, and we are hoping you will be able to support our school by making a donation of an item or service that can be used in our Auction or Raffle. With your support, you will make a positive difference in the education of today’s Polish youth; while also promoting your business to hundreds of individuals in the Greater Hartford area. Your business name will be featured in our Auction/Raffle catalog as well as on social media.

Donations must be received by Friday, January 5th, 2024 - receipt with our Tax ID# will be provided.
