Hundreds of the museum’s most loyal and generous supporters gather each summer at the Maine Maritime Museum annual fundraising gala. Held under a tent in the historic Percy & Small Shipyard on the Kennebec River, the evening features delicious food from Churchill Events, live and silent auctions, and games, all topped off with music and dancing. Funds raised at this event support all of the work the museum does, from exhibits, lectures, and workshops, to school programs, blacksmithing, and boatbuilding.
