The Texas Home School Coalition (THSC) is the largest statewide organization that advocates for families. Since 1986, THSC has been serving and informing parents and the homeschool community in Texas. It is estimated that more than 150,000 Texas families homeschool well over 300,000 Texas children. Approximately 25,000 new students withdraw from public school to homeschool every year in Texas. This number has increased an average of 7% per year over the last 20 years. The Texas Home School Coalition works around the clock to promote and protect home schooling and parental rights in Texas. This year, THSC is celebrating 35 years of Keeping Texas Families Free.

To help us succeed in our endeavor, we ask that you please consider supporting our cause through a donation of an item to our Auction. This year our campaign goal is to raise $15,000 to support and strengthen Texas families. THSC is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and all donations are tax-deductible.   

Your donation will greatly enhance our auction and will give you publicity as well. Funds raised from the auctions, including the sale of your donated item, will directly support the rights and freedoms of families to manage the care, custody, and education of their children. Your support will not only enable us to continue our efforts in lobbying the Texas legislature, but help us in communicating with school districts and other public officials. It will help us to continue to monitor court cases, and raise awareness of important issues that impact homeschooling and parental freedoms in Texas.
