Dear Business Owner,

The Henry Hudson Regional School Parent Teacher Organization is holding its annual Chance Auction on Saturday, February 24, 2024. This year the event will be hosted at The Port Monmouth VFW in Middletown to allow for 350 attendees. Our small school relies on the success of this event so that we can continue to provide our services to the students, faculty, and staff at HHRS. 


Prizes and gift baskets are a big part of the success of this event – and here is where we need your help! Your donation may include merchandise, services, admission tickets, and/or gift certificates.  Any donation, big or small, is greatly appreciated! We kindly ask that all donations can be picked up from you on or before 2/1/2024.


Donations of Basket/Basket Items/Gift Certificates for our Annual Gift Auction is a great way to present your business to the community because:

Your company / family name will be in an environment of high-profile gifts and prizes that generate excitement and anticipation.
All attendees carefully browse the baskets, discussing selections and bidding and will see your name as a proud supporter of our school.
Demonstrates community involvement of your business, which generates goodwill.
It’s a great way to highlight new products and services.

Additionally, your business will be recognized and named in all of our advertising and promotion for this event, before, during and after (in print, verbally and online).
