Volunteers of America serves close to 6,000 people each year.  Our mission is to help people rise out of poverty and become as self-sufficient as possible.  We provide emergency shelter for families and individuals facing homelessness, we offer permanent supportive housing to our veterans, senior citizens and others that need support to remain in stable housing, we provide early childhood education to more than 300 children each day, including breakfast, lunch and healthy snacks, healthcare and quality educational opportunities.  We work with people re-entering the community after being incarcerated to ensure they have a fresh start to lead a productive life with a job and other essential life skills.  

The money we raise from this tournament helps us to fund the gaps in funding that we get from grants and government sources.  It provides vital resources, educational opportunities and a helping hand to those that need it the most.  

We are seeking tickets to events, museums, theater, amusement parks, activities for individuals and families that we would like to include in our online (silent) auction.
