The Erie County Agricultural Society is a private not-for-profit membership organization. The mission of Erie County Agricultural Society is to preserve and enhance, by educational endeavors, the agricultural and historical legacy of New York State. The Erie County Agricultural Society sponsors the Erie County Fair, which is held annually and intended to promote and showcase our community's agricultural traditions, talents, diversity, and heritage.

Each year, The Erie County Agricultural Society awards several scholarships to local high school students. These opportunities are made available to students who participate in the Erie County Fair and Erie County Agricultural Society - sponsored activities. We are proud to announce that in 2023 we awarded a record-breaking $50,000 in scholarships to 17 students in Western New York. Since its inception in the 1950s, the goal of the scholarship program has been to connect the region’s students with agriculture, business, and volunteerism.

These life-changing scholarships are made possible through our annual Erie County Agricultural Society Winter Ball, which will be held at the Hamburg Fairgrounds December 11th. You can make a difference by providing a gift card or raffle item for our fundraiser. We expect over 500 guests, which will provide you with brand name exposure and prospective new customers.
