The Point Pleasant Borough High School Band Boosters Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, charitable organization. The Association is a dedicated group of parents who volunteer and support the students who participate in the high school band program. This program provides opportunities for students to perform in a variety of ensembles including Competition Marching Band, Concert Band, Pep Band, Jazz Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble and Pit Orchestra. Our band is the 2018, 2019 TOB State Champions and 2019 TOB Atlantic Coast Champions. They have performed in many exciting and prestigious venues, such as Virginia’s Festival of Music, Lincoln Center, Boston Music Festival and Walt Disney World. The band also performs at our community’s many local observances, such as Memorial Day, Veteran’s Day, the Policeman’s Memorial and the September 11th Memorial. These students represent themselves, their high school, and their community with respect, pride and honor.
We write to you to request a donation for our biggest fundraiser, our 46th annual Holiday Craft Fair and Gift Auction, that will be held on December 4, 2021 in person. If not in-person, our Gift Auction will be virtual, from November 27, 2021 through December 4, 2021. Our goal is to raise funds for scholarships and for a variety of band needs. All companies that donate are publicly recognized in a newspaper article and on the website Local Living 08742.
We are excited to keep this traditional alive and are hoping it will be as successful as in the past. If you are able to support us, we would be extremely grateful.
