Annual POPs Concert April 28th and April 29th.
Other Event Type for East Bridgewater Music Parents AssociationApr 28, 2023 5:30 PM to Apr 29, 2023 9:30 PM
The East Bridgewater Music Parents Association will be hosting our annual POPs Concert April 28th and April 29th. The concert raises funds to support the K-12 East Bridgewater Music Program. We are a 501c3 organization, tax ID 04-3479570 and MA tax id 11-016449. Funds we have raised in previous years have gone towards the purchase of recorders for all 3rd grade students, equipment purchases and repairs, bus transportation for the marching band to competitions and parades, lesson scholarships, and annual college scholarships to graduating seniors.
The POPS concert is a two night showcase of the musical talents of students in grades 3-12. The program includes ensembles from our intermediate chorus to beginners’ band, to the Grade 7 & 8 concert band and chorus, to High School jazz bands, concert bands, chorus, and our auditioned jazz choir. In addition to raising funds through the sale of POPs ticket sales, we host a raffle to raise funds.
We hope that you will consider donating a raffle item or gift certificate to our cause. As a donor, you will receive publicity on our website prior to the concert, in our program, and during the event. Every invitee and attendee will see this material: we expect to have between 500 and 800 people in attendance each night.
May we count on your support this year? You can mail your item to:

Thank you for your support of the East Bridgewater Music Parents’ Association.

EBMPA Fundraiser team
Our mission is to encourage and support quality music education for all students in EB Public Schools. To this end, we organize several fundraisers each year: the “Creepy Café” at Haunted Halls in the Fall, gift card sales before the holidays, a Mattress Fundraiser in the winter, and our Pops Concert in the Spring. All proceeds from these events support the music program: for recognition programs like the Wool Jacket Awards and incentives like the Great East/Canobie Lake field trip; for necessary instruments, music, busing, and supplies; for music lesson scholarships as well as scholarships for graduating Seniors.
