No organization has done more to protect children from abuses committed under the guise of mental health than the mental health watchdog, Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR), with its Fight For Kids campaign. http://www.fightforkids.org Accomplishments include the passage of state and federal laws protecting children from being forced to take psychiatric drugs, restrictions implemented on the electroshocking of children, as well as international public awareness campaigns informing parents of their rights and much more.

Each year, CCHR holds its Annual Fight For Kids Raffle to raise funds to help keep this vital work going. CCHR asks many organizations to donate items to the raffle and these are promoted by CCHR staff to the general public to entice them to buy raffle tickets, which start at $10 each, so they may win any of the items. The 2024 raffle started October 1st and it will be held on December 30th, which gives nearly 3 months of our staff personally promoting products donated to the raffle.

Typical physical items donated to the raffle include a 50-inch Amazon Fire 4K TV with sound bar, 2 Amazon Kindle Fire Tablets, Meta Quest Oculus Virtual Reality (VR) headset, designer jewelry and designer handbags, a signed Taylor guitar and much more. Other items such as vouchers for weekend getaway hotel stays, theme park vouchers or airline tickets are also requested since our membership is international.
